I have to preface this experience by saying - nothing happens before it’s time.
I had been looking for a home intermittently, over the course of 2 years. For some odd reason, I felt that I was hitting a wall each time I would embark on a new search. As a wise tale says: the definition of insanity is doing the same thing multiple times, anticipating different results.
After many failed attempts at homeownership, I decided to take a step back and re-evaluate past occurrences. I took that time to make an assessment of areas that needed improvement. I knew I needed to re-establish a new team. The market had been the most competitive it had ever been before. In order to have a dog in this fight, I needed to onboard an agent that was super passionate, confident, and knowledgeable in their abilities.
So here I was - 27 years old .. parked up in the driveway of my mothers home, sitting in my car in deep thought. How could I possibly bring about such an ambitious goal that I dreamt of as a kid?
Alas! Mindlessly scrolling through Facebook, I came across Pape’s profile. We’d been friends on the social platform for quite some time, but never exchanged words. His engaging real estate posts, warm smile, and energetic demeanor is what peaked my interest.
I browsed for his contact information, and made no hesitation to reach out. Within the matter of minutes, I received follow up correspondence pertaining to restarting this journey of homeownership. Pape brought forth a wealth of information throughout the process. Above all, he listened to my needs, and delivered!
From the daily MLS listings at 6am sharp, to ensuring that I was set up with his affiliates for financing. Down to recommendations for an attorney and home inspection company. Pape assisted in making the process seamless. The homeownership process can be quite overwhelming. However, Pape’s organization and constant check-ins lightened the load tremendously. His accessibility was unmatched. Pape was readily available to answer questions, and came fully equipped with a plethora of resources in areas that he was uncertain.
I know .. this review is very long winded, but I had to ensure I cited every relevant detail throughout this process, to truly capture what took place during the 2 month- long process it took to find my home and close (YES! Unreal .. I have to pinch myself every time I reflect on how quickly things went).
In closing, (pun intended ! hahaha) If you are looking to step into the coveted phase of home ownership, Mr. Pape Ndao is your guy! Professionalism at its finest. A true class act.

We relocated to the US from India and were in search of an apartment / house to rent out. We reached out to several property management firms but due to the increased demand in the market we could not find an appropriate property.
I then happened to find RE/MAX contact details online and was referred to Pape Ndao by Jill Taylor.
Pape came across as a very responsive professional and then he showed us few properties. We liked the one in Milford.
There were so many un-knowns about the process but Pape made it extremely simple for us. We did not have a credit history to show (as we were new to the States), but he was the perfect link between us and the landlord.
The lease registration process was easy as Pape managed most of the things (including reviewing the documents and recommending changes).
Pape is a very professional individual and very efficient at what he does.
I would highly recommend Pape as a realtor for property renting, buying and selling needs in Connecticut (Fairfield, Bridgeport, Orange, Milford and neighboring areas).

I and Pape met from me looking for a rental property and at that time of introducing myself, he gave advice that I've been sitting on for several years. I wasn't sure if I was ready why I procrastinate for so many years but for some reason, his input on what I was looking for drew me to accomplish a goal I had on my list (buying a house). He has amazing communication skills and he does not just sit around while you look. Pape will have houses ready for you to view on the portal at 6:00 am. Pape gives advice and lets you know it's not what you fall in love with it's what you feel on the inside when seeing the home. When I tell you that's was the truth it was because I fell in love with over 5 houses. When I found my home it wasn't an I love it feeling it was and I can't see myself anywhere else feeling. My entire Team from the real estate agent to him providing the best options for a lender and lawyer was an easy-going process for me. I would consider Pape a 10 out of 10 real estate agent. Even though he was sending me homes and I was looking for homes myself, anything I sent him he was scheduling a viewing within 48hrs or less. He accommodates his time well to please his clients and I love that about him. He doesn't force you into buying or just for a sale he is very patient and looks into everything in your best interest. I am very happy with my decision from day one to the ending day of purchase❗️ Pape, you are Awesome!

Nobody better in the business then Pape. Always answered my calls or texts within minutes. Constant communication from listing all the way to the finish line of being sold. He can offer you a to z service, has answers to every question you could possibly have. Also, you can tell he really cares about your business. I was fortunate enough to find Pape online while looking into sell my first home. I was looking for someone local who knew the area. He had all good reviews online and upon meeting him, he seemed friendly and knowledgeable.
I had no real rush selling my home, but got an offer within a week. I was getting multiple visits a day, despite working around my schedule and shuffling my cat in and out of the house! This was thanks to Pape listing my home on all the primary real estate websites. He also sent email blasts, physical mailings, and promoted my home on social media. He also brought in a photographer to take pictures, and had a mortgage banker come in for my open house.
I did had 2 offers fall through, but I decided to take Pape's advice to stick with the listing price each time. The home continued to get plenty of traffic thanks to his advertising, and I accepted an offer at the listing price.
I have had bad realtors in the past, from going through the buying perspective twice. Just know if you decide to use Pape as your realtor, you will not be disappointed. In the end, my house was sold in my expected time frame, at the price Pape predicted. He was available whenever I had questions through every step of this process.
